Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

The service was great. I was taken right away and was done in about an hour. The waiting area and the restroom was very clean and snacks were provided.

Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing

My experience has been good. However I'm concerned about window issues with my 2016 Tuson. Two months ago my passager window would not come back-up and now my driver's side window has done the same also one back window will not come down at all. It is not cheap having to get these window fixed. In my opinion I think it's a manufacturer issue

Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. He helped us for 15 or 20 minutes. He then told us to call him from home anytime we have a question about the car and he would talk us through it. 10 out of 10!

All I can say is this car is beautiful. I purchased this car slightly used after upgrading my 09 genesis and have no regrets. It is smooth, packed with technology and features, unique and a head turner. Although Genesis is still fighting for its respect you will soon find out that this is just as good if not better than its rivals.

They will try and make it right, kith drake went out on a limb to change the Triton warranty to the correct 1, 5 star still gets 5 stars

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

To whomever this concerns: There’s a salesman at the Bill Hood Bargain dealership whose actual name I’m not exactly sure of his actual name ..might be Dionte..but to me his name is Saginaw. I went to his dealership interested in a 2013 Lincoln but left a week later with a 2019 Ford Fusion!! I’ve never been given a reason to praise a car salesman I’ve dealt with EVER. However,Saginaw is thee exception. I truly had the best car buying experience that I never thought could exist!! He was extremely attentive and pleasant with phenomenal communication skills. He responded promptly to all my calls & texts and that’s a rare find when dealing with car buying. Also the financing magician Jerrod also deserves a round of applause!! I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing. My previous vehicle was a 2018 BMW X6 and I can honestly say that my new 2021 Genesis GV80 is by far a better value in every way that I can think of. The BMW had a sticker price more than $30,000 higher than the Genesis. What’s more, the GV80 is loaded with standard features, especially safety features, that were either not available or were pricey options on my BMW. Safety features like self-steering to keep me in my lane on the Highway, self-braking in an emergency, audible tone and corrective steering if I’m going into a lane when there’s a vehicle in my blind spot, cruise control that automatically adjusts speed with traffic flow even down to a complete stop - in cruise control mode!! So, yes, I love it and I think I’ll be a genesis guy from now on after owning 4 BMW’s in a row!!
