John Bannon described this vehicle in detail, did a video tour of the car with me, and was completely honest during the entire process. The complete deal was via phone and internet. I flew to Orlando and saw the car for the first time. It was everything I had hoped for in an automobile! John is an honest salesman who will earn your respect. Buying and paying for a luxury car without seeing it in person first is a bit frightening, but I thought John was being honest and decided to trust him. I found that trust was not misplaced. As a result, I have a gorgeous car!

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.
