Easy in and out with appointment. Greeted by staff with a smile first thing in the morning, which can sometimes be tough. But what a great way to be met. This was for regular service check up, oil change. The lobby in the show room is comfortable and they offer wifi access while waiting.

The salesperson Amanda, did a fantastic job reviewing all the car's features and helped me set up and personalize the vehicle. Our experience purchasing my GV80 Coupe last week was top notch. I sent an inquiry on a vehicle; Freddie called me within 15 minutes. We basically put everything in place on the phone. Went in the next morning, met Freddie, test drove the car and signed on the dotted line. Even financing was smooth and efficient.

Purchase experience was amazing. However, the delivery of the vehicle by the delivery company was very disappointing.
