Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. From the young lady, Yammonica who was attentive, on target and customer focused to the service department and even the lady who took our payment, the response was professional and focused on our needs. Although I bought my CPO Panamera elsewhere the gang at Porsche OKC were fantastic, treated me as if I was their guest or customer from start to finish. Had an issue with the suspension, they told me likely due to whoever transported it here. They believe a sensor was damaged when securing the car. Cause didn’t bother them; they fixed it under warranty and in pretty short order. Sales was fantastic- I walked in and although I wasn’t buying he still escorted me to the service desk; offered a drink/restroom as we walked back. My representative was there, met me before I reached the counter and knew my name before I introduced myself and did exactly as promised. Car is a Turbo S Hybrid, by far the nicest and most complex vehicle I’ve ever owned or ridden in for that matter. I’ve never had a vehicle that I felt the need to pamper (even dust on the outside bothers me) and they returned it to me in pristine, detailed condition. Based on my experience I will not hesitate to return to the OKC dealership when I order a new one, we love the car so we bought a CPO; it’s almost $250,000 new and I wasn’t going to buy my first Porsche new but likely will in the foreseeable future. They earned my repeat business and I was thoroughly impressed. Don’t know if car prices will ever return to sanity but either way when I’m shopping for a replacement or maybe an addition.
