The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

My husband and I traveled from Syracuse, NY to this dealership to look at a Toyota 4 runner that was at Darcars Lexus in Mt. Kisco. Our sales person was Matt who was very knowledgeable and friendly from the minute we walked into the dealership. Both Matt Dillman and Ed Bartoli made our purchase pleasurable. Some items with the car needed to be taken care of and Matt made sure that happened. Purchasing a car at this dealership was amazing. All the employees seemed happy, friendly, and professional . I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

Many people are always concerned when they are about to buy a new car and need to walk into a dealership to discuss and negotiate, arming themselves to the teeth! So, I did my research online and on social media and analyzed all the reviews of Lexus dealerships, each and everyone of them. One dealership stood out with consistently excellent sales and service reviews.That was Lexus of Greenwich! So I drove from NYC to the Lexus Greenwich dealership bypassing all the other dealerships along the way. I was not disappointed! From the first moment I spoke with the staff over the phone and through many Emails and text messages to the moment I drove to the dealership and test drove and purchased a new TX 35O, I was deeply impressed with the staff’s transparency, sincerity, honesty, good faith, and customer friendly attitude in both words AND actions! Big kudos to Anisa, Zak and Niketa of the Sales team!!! And, a big shout out too to Manav who comprehensively and patiently demonstrated all the many features of the SUV to me. I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

Only had it two weeks, but bought based on ownership of 2015 Genesis which I bought new. When I sold it, it had 72000 miles and NEVER needed a repair.. it went to the dealership only for maintenance. Great cars.

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

From the moment i went in to test drive a vehicle to the moment i drove away in an immaculately detailed used Mercedes, the staff gave me no issues or pressure of any sort. I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.
