If Anthony had acted like other salespeople that I have run into before I would have walked out. But after the ride Anthony gave us the bottom line on cost for the car. Not a price that grew and grew and grew like all of the other dealers that I have dealt with but the actual final cost! Also Anthony provided multiple lease and purchase options and suggested accessories and explained why he recommended them. So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

Back in 2019 I bought my Tiguan from Piazza VW and take my car to the dealership once a year for a full detailing. As a dog Dad -- my dog travels everywhere with me and the car's interior shows it. I recently took my car for detailing with low expectations of success for dog hair removal. Piazza VW did an awesome job and returned the interior/exterior back to it's original. I'm impressed. I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

Not a long wait time and minimal paperwork. Respectful and mindful of social distancing guidelines. Clean environment and friendly customer service. Was able to help demonstrate vehicle without entrance into vehicle. Megan Even helped us walk through some things via phone after leaving dealership

We are 12,000 miles into our new GV70, and so far we love it. We had a Volvo XC90 for 13+ years, and we loved it, too. But the GV70 is quieter, faster, and more comfortable than our Volvo. Our only complaint is the level of electronic control for almost everything. I long for the days of analog controls in a car. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend the Genesis GV70.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

I absolutely love this car. So many features and a very comfortable ride. So beautiful as well. I have driven a Lexus for 20 years and was very happy with it but was drawn to the look and warranty of the Genesis.

The extra $10K for the 3.5 didn't seem worth it to me and I think that the 2.5 SP is absolutely fine for my purposes. Even with the low-profile tires, the car rides well and has exceptional balance and handling for an SUV due to its being based on a RWD platform. With 300hp, the 2.5 turbo has all the horsepower that I'm likely to need. The electronics and extensive driver aids have a learning curve to them, but feel natural once you're adapted to them. And it easily has the most luxurious interior of any car that I've owned. I'm very happy with it overall!

In June 2021 I got a beautiful new Sonata with all the bells and whistles, including a sunroof. Shortly afterward I became very ill with my physician recommending that I not drive. Good value,Safety, amazing technology. Luxury for slightly more then std midsize suvs GV70’s Technology is work in progress and I suspect more improvement will happen in the future … Plus more safety features will be added

This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.
