Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

had a very difficult time running around for 2 weekends hoping to buy the car I wanted but ended up with typical "bait and switch" schemes that most car dealers do. Almost lost all the hopes THEN I decided to just drove all the way to Napleton Hyundai Glenview for my one last attempt. It turned out to be an unexpectedly amazing experience - I sense a very trust worthy genuine vibe from the sales person who helped me, Adam. Needless to say, he made the sales and I got the new car I'm very happy with. Highly recommended if you're sick and tired of typical care selling people who just want to your money rather than caring about helping you.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

This was my first time visiting the new stand alone Genesis dealership down the street from the previous Hyundai/Genesis dealership. The experience and customer service were night and day in comparison. Adam was professional and courteous along with the rest of the staff. At the previous dealership, it was a playground up to and including witnessing a profanity laced fight in front of the entire waiting room between a sales person giving a test drive with a potential customer and a porter that cut him off. I came in for routine maintenance as well as an inspection to a couple of issues I was continuing to have in which the old dealership could not supposedly find after numerous attempts with the other most likely caused by them when I had to return twice for a recall. Adam called a few hours later with a find and fix for both issues with no warranty coverage haggling. I've always loved my Genesis but I would NEVER go through the previous dealership no matter how many times they harassed me with daily calls, emails, and texts (true story). I absolutely will go through Aurora Genesis when I'm ready for a new one!

Genesis has always offered more for the money. My 2026 3.5T prestige I received $7000 off MSRP. Their technology exceeds anybody’s. Either engine is very fun to drive.

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

The extra $10K for the 3.5 didn't seem worth it to me and I think that the 2.5 SP is absolutely fine for my purposes. Even with the low-profile tires, the car rides well and has exceptional balance and handling for an SUV due to its being based on a RWD platform. With 300hp, the 2.5 turbo has all the horsepower that I'm likely to need. The electronics and extensive driver aids have a learning curve to them, but feel natural once you're adapted to them. And it easily has the most luxurious interior of any car that I've owned. I'm very happy with it overall!

WOW! I’ve been all German until the GV70. The ride is so quiet and comfortable. The engine is impressive power. The technology is so advanced and the amount of features is mind blowing.

Finding a reliable, well cared for, low mileage and reasonably priced used car can be a daunting task. It does not have to be... I bumped into Oswego Motors quite by accident. Spoke to Chad on New Years Eve having seen a car on the website that seemed suitable. I drove out to the dealership that afternoon, and found the car inside and cleaned up ready for me to view. Chad walked me around the car and we discussed not only the condition of the car, but also what I was looking for generally in a used vehicle. I was handed the keys for a test drive, and was told to take my time and drive it as much as needed to check everything out...which I did. We briefly discussed the price. I told Him I'd think about it and call after New Years Day. No pressure, none...to close a deal then and there. I returned on 1/02/23 and not only bought that car, but ended up trading in my 2018 BMW for what I consider a very fair price. The trade-in, was a bit of a spur of the moment decision on my part, and these kinds of transactions can become a confusing "fun with numbers" exercise. Not so in this case. Chad was very straightforward and transparent throughout. I felt confident that I was working with a completely honest, and capable professional from start to finish. We agreed on a final price, and the deal was made. The paperwork part of these transactions often seem to take forever. The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

I have truly enjoyed driving my 2019 G70! It is sleek and zoomy. I can be where I want when I want. The quilted leather is quite classy and the back seat has more room than expected.
