I just wanted to share how amazing the service and sales process was for my father when I referred him to the dealership. He had been looking to get service done on his current Lexus and happened to see this beautiful RX350 that was at the lot. I happen to be in the car business so he asked me what I thought and if it was priced well. After doing my research, I was blown away! Not only was the vehicle in pristine condition with no accidents or damages, it was priced 2,000 dollars below the market based on a 100 mile radius. My father wasted no time applying. Here is where it gets even better… When he applied, he had excellent scores and was able to secure his own check. Patrick, the finance manager, was able to secure him an even better deal with one of their partner banks that they had. It couldn’t have been done better. Ali and Billy, the owners have been incredible with service in the past for my father, but the sales process was even faster and more professional than I could have imagined! Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

I just bought a preowned Mercedes from Kingstowne MotorCars. This was by far the best auto buying experience I’ve had. They specialize in preowned luxury cars. Every car on the lot was immaculate. The guys are very professional yet provided a comfortable, stress-free environment. There was absolutely no pressure at all. Ali is my new favorite salesman. And Patrick made the transaction flawless. When I took delivery of the car they had the state safety inspection and the emissions inspection complete. I asked what documents I needed to take to the DMV. Patrick said I didn’t need to go to the DMV. They took care of everything and my plates arrived at my house three days later. They had even attached the expiration stickers to the plate. I can hardly wait to buy my next car from them.

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

I have truly enjoyed driving my 2019 G70! It is sleek and zoomy. I can be where I want when I want. The quilted leather is quite classy and the back seat has more room than expected.

I just bought my G70 after looking at many different makes and models. I bought mine at the Monmouth Junction Genesis dealer. Fred Corea was extremely helpful and helped me to decide to drive home with one that day. My car drives great and really opens up on the highway when I have it in Sports mode. The interior is the second thing that sold me on the car. Lots of attention to detail and plenty of toys/tech to enjoy. It takes a while to get used to all of the tech, but I'm getting there. The car gets lots of looks and many people have no idea what it is even after I tell them. Go have a test drive.

Very helpful and polite. They showed us a lot of different options for each model. The paperwork took a little longer than expected since we did not finance and could have used a little more explanation on all the electronics

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

A great experience from start to finish. Faizan, my sales person, was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Kevin, the manager was courteous and helpful. Offer on used vehicle was over 15% higher than other dealers. Not much wiggle room on new car prices in today's environment, so that part of the deal was easy. There was the standard upsell by the finance person, who was very nice and efficient. Clean, attractive dealership with exceptional staff. I recommend highly.

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

I had the most delightful experience on 4/4/2023 at Genesis of Gaithersburg. In more than forty years of buying tens of cars from dealers, this group in Gaithersburg are in a special breed in their service. They were so honest, transparent, and more importantly made us feel so much at home. There was no pressure at all but was only interested in what is in our best interest. Every word that came out was genuine. Before then I had been to a dealer near my home, who ended fleecing me of over $4500, despite telling them that two experienced mechanics had told me what was wrong with my 2021 GV80. Now determined to trade it in, a second dealer was so repulsive that I got out of there as fast as I could. I am glad I listened to my spouse to try Genesis of Gaithersburg. In Genesis of Gaithersburg, we were treated like royalty. I could write a PHD dissertation on Mr. Jaffar Chaudhry and Mr. P. Shrader and their excellent service. The deal on the new car was concluded in less than thirty minutes. Then came the most interesting aspect, Mr. Jaffar spent another thirty minutes PATIENTLY with us going over the features in the car (which was a ton of it). I am sure he must have gone to the factory in South Korea to learn all about the car’s features. The final delightful part was taking us on a tour the service facilities and introduced us to the Mr. Matt Mills. He equally welcomed us with open arms and smiles along with tons of explanation on how the facility works and their availability to keep the car well. I am sold on this experience. This facility will be my home for all future car purchases. Thank you again for this experience.

Hands down the best bang for the buck in its class. Performance is awesome and the ride is smooth. It's a well balanced car. When people get in the car they love it. My only gripe is that my trim (sport package) is defective . It's a known issue. Back seats are also small. Trunk is tiny but the rear seats fold down. I hauled some lumber last night (lol).

This was the 2nd Kia dealership I visited looking for a 2020 Soul S and the difference between dealerships was like night and day. Van xxxx can be quiet and low key but don't be fooled--he's the dealership's secret weapon! I have never had a more laid-back, no hassle, trouble-free car buying experience. He didn't hesitate to say he'd get the model in my preferred color from another dealership and he delivered. Did I mention that he beat my credit union's true car price? Genesis has always offered more for the money. My 2026 3.5T prestige I received $7000 off MSRP. Their technology exceeds anybody’s. Either engine is very fun to drive.
