I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

I love that Balise provided someone to talk us through the features of our vehicle before just letting us drive off to figure it out on our own. Nate was fantastic in doing this. Very calm and thorough. I did not feel rushed. He got my phone connected with apple play, which is super cool! He showed me how all that stuff worked and he answered all of my questions. Bought my GV70 with 2000 miles on it and it was no different than a new one. I love it very much for my first high end SUV. I'm still learning all the stuff inside but it makes it more exciting to learn. It is just as quick as the 3.5 and the power is great for me with the 2.5 turbo engine with 300HP is enough for me. Very cool looking too. I'm going to say that the Milford Genesis dealership has been great 👍 Evan is always polite and very professional and he always has a smile when he greets me.

Brian was knowledge and made time from his other responsibilities to work with us. The car we called about was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. This was our first (and likely not last) CarMax experience.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

Friendly, prompt and quality service that not only addressed the original issue but identified several other items that needed attention. Have been a 30 year customer for those reasons.

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

We are 12,000 miles into our new GV70, and so far we love it. We had a Volvo XC90 for 13+ years, and we loved it, too. But the GV70 is quieter, faster, and more comfortable than our Volvo. Our only complaint is the level of electronic control for almost everything. I long for the days of analog controls in a car. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend the Genesis GV70.

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

I absolutely love this car. So many features and a very comfortable ride. So beautiful as well. I have driven a Lexus for 20 years and was very happy with it but was drawn to the look and warranty of the Genesis.

My experience at LaFontaine Lansing was excellent. My salesperson Caleb was great with his customer service. I had no issues with him. The only issue I had was with the financial gentleman that came into Caleb's office that spoke to me about credit and interest rates. I specifically told him not to run my credit report through my credit union because they already did and I had pre approval, well, he ran it anyway. I was upset because now it's going to stay on my credit report for 25 months for both hits. That was the only issue I had with this dealership, I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase and with my salesperson Caleb.

Plain and simple its a great s.u.v. , people notice this vehicle and I have had many good comments about it. Strangers have come up to me and asked if its a Bentley . Wow

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

I researched new vehicle makes for over a year. Next, my wife and I decided to purchase the 2025 Buick Encore GX Avenir FWD as listed on the Don Franklin Bardstown KY Chevy Buick website. After chatting on the website and texting employees about purchasing this car, I set up an appointment. Our salesman, Josh Barrett greeted us as when we arrived. In his office, he showed a document which highlighted the numbers which we wanted. Next, we got a thorough overview of the car and took it for a test drive. Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

I bought a used ’13 F150 here in December. I drove a couple hundred miles to get this truck because it was priced well and was exactly what I was looking for After getting home and having it a few days I noticed a coolant leak (water pump) and a 4wd issue (IWE’s) both common issues. I don’t fault the dealer for not catching these issues, because in the end they stood behind their truck. After speaking with the service manager, he offered to fix the issues and gave me a new truck to drive in the meantime. They were even willing to pay for a Ford dealer closer to me to fix the problems instead of having to drive the 200 miles back to them. Absolutely A Customer service on their part. They could have easily left me to fix these issues on my own, since I did buy the truck ‘As Is’ and they had no obligation technically to fix anything. A used vehicle is always going to be a greater risk than a brand new truck but at least I know that if anything does go wrong with a truck this dealer sells, they’ll do what it takes to make things right.

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .
