Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

I would highly recommend this be your first spot to go to for finding ur new ride. Ken Logan greeted us the door with a nice warm welcome. He was knowledgeable and seemed to really understand what kind of car I was looking for. Ken was very patient as I made my decision and never made me feel pressured into the sale like most car salesman are. I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Fast friendly service. I had a minor issue that needed to be addressed while I was visiting from out or state. The shuttle driver Laurie H was very quick and made me feel at ease having my car serviced. Especially since I am unfamiliar with the area.

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

I worked with one person (Mr. Cernin) throughout the buying process. He was courteous and very knowledgeable of my needs. He was a great listener and I appreciate that very much in salesman. My overall experience was great.

The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

Both Doreen Hailey and william woody Johnson did an outstanding job for the repairs done on my car. They both went above and beyond for correcting an issue that was originally done by a dealer In the Chicago area . That dealer did shabby work which caused the problems in incurred after driving to Florida. Both Doreen Hailey and William woody Johnson are outstanding employees and an asset to crown Hyundai. There follow up and professionalism was outstanding.

So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

Have always great service, however this last service I wasn’t happy. Had oil change and tire rotation. With that said now my low tire pressure light is on and both on the right side. Either they didn’t check the tire pressure or they did something to the sensor.

Had a great experience today thanks to Brad Davis. Things did not start out the way we were expecting but he worked extraordinarily hard for us while treating us with the utmost respect the whole time. Thanks to him our experience turned around and I would highly recommend him and the dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

I really love all the safety features and the speed. It is really fun to drive, cool looking and fast. The only negative is the miles per gallon, but everything else makes up for it.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. I have owned 5 BMW's. My G70 V6 Sport equals or surpasses my BMW's. Luxurious, fast, great handling, comfortable, totally reliable and an incredible bargain. With the sole exception of my C7 Z51 Corvette, best car I have ever owned. Back seat a little tight and mileage around town not great, but fr outweighed by all the car's virtues.

William "Bobby" Hamilton was great. There was no pressure or rushing to make a decision and was patient and helpful to answer any questions that we had.
