We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. I bought my G90 Ultimate AWD new about four years ago and have loved it ever since. It is comfortable and many have mistaken it for a Bentley. I've driven newer G90s which do not compare to the 2020 model. I will never part with this vehicle until it falls apart which will probably be years from now as I've never had a maintenance problem.

I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

I was looking for a car for about a week, spending 2-3 hours a day on it. The car is in good condition, and for its price, it’s a great value. The guys are so confident in their cars that they even offer a 2-year warranty for a small fee, which you can get up to a month after the purchase. Overall, this is an excellent place to buy a car. Great selection, outstanding value for money, and excellent service. Nobody is rude or pushy, and they won’t force you into anything. For those who may find it helpful, they work with any credit score, meaning even with bad credit, they can help you get financing. They also helped me with insurance. So, if you decide to buy something here, don’t hesitate, because I’m one of those who checks things a thousand times before taking a step. A huge thank you to the dealership! So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

This was my first luxury car and I was not disappointed. It was priced below most competitors, yet came standard with features such as Lane-Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise control, and Apple Carplay. It is very comfortable to ride in, yet can be sporty when you want it. I have also been able to get well above the EPA 23mpg which is a bonus. I love this car and have no complaints!

Looks great, handles wonderfully, only down side is closest genesis dealer is 70 miles away, hopefully it won’t be a big deal. I’ve owned kia vehicles in the past and have loved them.

I just bought my G70 after looking at many different makes and models. I bought mine at the Monmouth Junction Genesis dealer. Fred Corea was extremely helpful and helped me to decide to drive home with one that day. My car drives great and really opens up on the highway when I have it in Sports mode. The interior is the second thing that sold me on the car. Lots of attention to detail and plenty of toys/tech to enjoy. It takes a while to get used to all of the tech, but I'm getting there. The car gets lots of looks and many people have no idea what it is even after I tell them. Go have a test drive.

Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

This is the finest luxury sedan in America that almost nobody knows about, thanks to the bungled Genesis launch and lack of advertising for it 6 years ago. That being said it is spacious, reliable and a tremendously good value. I have driven mine for 6 years now and the car is as tight as the day it came out of the showroom - not a squeak, rattle or part failure once. It is also just about the last of the "normal" big V-8's that burn regular gas and don't have or need turbos to make up for all the forced downsizing cars have gone to 6's and 4's to meet insane proscribed mileage average standards.
