I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

The customer service I received from my car salesman, Jesse Keller and business manager, Jorge Ramirez was first class! They both went above and beyond in doing their jobs. Days after getting my car, Jorge contacted me to tell me that he found better financing. The fact that he continued to work on my behalf after I was long gone shows the character and work ethic of those employed by Crest Volvo. The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax. I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model. I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

Twin-turbo V6 Sport Prestige is a beast. Gladly traded my BMW in for it. Genesis is better looking, better built, better value and can leave my 330i Sport in the dust. 100k warranty leaves nothing to chance.

This was my first luxury car and I was not disappointed. It was priced below most competitors, yet came standard with features such as Lane-Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise control, and Apple Carplay. It is very comfortable to ride in, yet can be sporty when you want it. I have also been able to get well above the EPA 23mpg which is a bonus. I love this car and have no complaints!

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

This car is dependable, stylish, and has a lot of upgraded features for the money. It also has a lot of interior room for front as well as rear seating. It also runs on regular unleaded fuel, which saves money. The standard brakes and suspension are okay, but could be better. The quality of the factory paint could be better as well. I would prefer if it came with a wood steering wheel instead of the standard leather, which tends to wear out quickly. Overall it is a great car.

There were a couple of issues that needed to be worked through on the car but Zia helped us in every way he could. the one problem i have the stering wheel leather is craked the car is a2017 g90 with 22,500 miles genesis will not cover that this a top the line car used very little you would think that genesis would take care of that.

Had a fair and easy negotiation on a used car. Adrian in sales was great! Ally paid for my Uber to pickup the car. After I drove car for several days and ~100 miles check engine light came on. Needed catalytic converter. I asked Adrian if Ally if could help, and they paid for the repair!

The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

SUV we looked and it’s beautiful and functional,very comfortable and quite however the engine sound louder than I’m used to from my previous car. Most of all, it’s an excellent car that I’ll love for a long time.
