Bought a 2024 Tucson SEL. Overall I love it. I’ve noticed in the less than two weeks I’ve owned it a couple of flaws. The automatic RADIO volume adjustment does not appear to work. And more problematic and safety oriented is the driver side sun visor. It is not the expandable (slider) variety. So you have to take your eyes off of traffic and duck your head to push it to the driver side window. NOT GOOD.

Good value,Safety, amazing technology. Luxury for slightly more then std midsize suvs GV70’s Technology is work in progress and I suspect more improvement will happen in the future … Plus more safety features will be added

I am on my 7th Hyundai. I've been coming to this dealership for years. Gayland has helped me numerous times with so many different problems and he is so knowledgeable and helpful and kind and I really enjoy interacting with him and learning from his knowledge. Also I would like to mention Lewis Lopez kind sweet smart great attitude at work. As far as the sales team goes I've really enjoyed Jose. Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

We are 12,000 miles into our new GV70, and so far we love it. We had a Volvo XC90 for 13+ years, and we loved it, too. But the GV70 is quieter, faster, and more comfortable than our Volvo. Our only complaint is the level of electronic control for almost everything. I long for the days of analog controls in a car. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend the Genesis GV70.

I just wanna say what a great experience I had at Michael’s Auto‘s. My man Rich help me out. I came from Washington DC and it was an incredible experience. Military friendly, I’m active duty army. Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

Outstanding experience purchasing a Tesla here. I had an appointment at another dealership at 5pm. The car there was sold by the time I arrived. I showed up at Michael's Autos 10 minutes before they closed. Rich was happy to pull the car I was interested in around for a great view. He stayed after closing to discuss the potential process. I came back today and Rich and the team were top-notch with Customer Service. Had an opportunity to browse the other vehicles on the lot and everything is in outstanding shape. I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

INFINITI has done a great job in keeping my 2008 FX35 working for years. They've also understood my sentimental attachment to this vehicle as i have regularly and consistently had it serviced for the last 17 years when i purchased it new. Because of the supeior service i have received over the years and to help extend the life of my FX, i also purchased a QX60 to do the heavy lifting (travel) that my FX used to do. Now old Betsy is just used for short trips around town, while Queeny rests in between longer road trips that we take. I love my FX more but i anticipate and hope that Queeny, too, will, provide the same service that i currently receive from Betsy.
