I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Plain and simple its a great s.u.v. , people notice this vehicle and I have had many good comments about it. Strangers have come up to me and asked if its a Bentley . Wow

Genesis has always offered more for the money. My 2026 3.5T prestige I received $7000 off MSRP. Their technology exceeds anybody’s. Either engine is very fun to drive.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

I absolutely love this car. So many features and a very comfortable ride. So beautiful as well. I have driven a Lexus for 20 years and was very happy with it but was drawn to the look and warranty of the Genesis.

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. In today's day and age of rising prices and high interest rates , this car was definitely the best bang for my buck. The value in the technology, design, and comfort made the decision easy, throw on a great factory warranty coverage longer than most, I'd highly recommend... I'm a tall guy, it has room and comfort for days, Genesis has come a long way from its Hyundai days.

The extra $10K for the 3.5 didn't seem worth it to me and I think that the 2.5 SP is absolutely fine for my purposes. Even with the low-profile tires, the car rides well and has exceptional balance and handling for an SUV due to its being based on a RWD platform. With 300hp, the 2.5 turbo has all the horsepower that I'm likely to need. The electronics and extensive driver aids have a learning curve to them, but feel natural once you're adapted to them. And it easily has the most luxurious interior of any car that I've owned. I'm very happy with it overall!

I have truly enjoyed driving my 2019 G70! It is sleek and zoomy. I can be where I want when I want. The quilted leather is quite classy and the back seat has more room than expected.

It was a normal buying process. It took about three hours. Cylus was a good salesperson. I knew exactly what car I wanted so that process was easy.

I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.
