What truly set them apart, though, was that they proactively identified and repaired two additional issues that I wasn’t even aware of—also completely under warranty. There was no incentive for them to point these out other than doing the right thing and providing exceptional customer service. That level of honesty and thoroughness is rare, and honestly not what you expect to find in a dealership. Jacky Jones Ford went above and beyond, and I really appreciate their professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts customers first.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!
