I wanted to purchase a new vehicle and Terry was the sales man who also sold my mom a car his kindness and understanding made me me feel comfortable. His customer service was spectacular. The finance person was also so kind. I will recommend this dealership to others. They know how to make their customers feel valued.

Service was very good. It exceeded all expectations, which were very high to start with. I was met right away at my door and was walked through the whole process. Even on the pick up , I was greeted at the door and helped until I left. I apologize for not responding earlier.

The level of care, kindness, and respect that Tyler Reynolds showed to my wife and I was unlike anything we have experienced at any dealership. Every other person of the Sewell staff was no different. I have always heard great things about Sewell dealerships and we were not disappointed. My service rep was Brandon was on lunch when I came in. He made sure to come find me and introduce himself on his return from lunch. He was very communicative and ensured I was satisfied with the service and treatment received

Truck battery weak, got new battery, truck stopped afterwards, towed back to shop. Further checked, alternator tapped out, new alternator replaced and installed and repaired.
