Brain Crawford, the General Manager, helped me get my appointment set up, and my service advisor, Manuel Quintero, was absolutely outstanding — truly better than terrific. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. My service was completed in a timely manner, and I received not only a comprehensive report but also a detailed video walkthrough explaining the work performed and recommendations to help maintain the lifespan and care of my truck. That level of communication and transparency really stood out. What impressed me even more is that I did not purchase my vehicle from their dealership, yet they treated me with the same care and professionalism as if I had. Exceptional customer service all around. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend their service department in Fort Worth. This one is strong, specific, and relationship-building — perfect for Google.

The customer service, the compassion and understanding were truly great. Suzanne and Jason were incredibly kind, very responsive and explanatory and provided us with all around amazing service. We were contacted quickly after our online inquiry and Suzanne was happy to help us answer all the questions we had.
