I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Still shopping and may yet purchase from this dealer. They are an impressively large dealership. Yet, I felt welcomed and comfortable there.

This is the perfect sized car for me with 3rd row seating. When not in use the 2nd and 3rd rows lay down for extra storage. I like the exterior size too. It’s easy to maneuver in and out of parking.

Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. I bought the Denali back in October and I love everything about it, all the features and creature comforts and i especially love the styling, both in and out, all the shiny chrome and satin metal! I bought this because I love how big it is and I needed something to haul things around and it works perfectly. I did a lot of research on this vehicle before I purchased, I especially did an in-depth look at the reliability because it's a GM product and I must say that this vehicle is known to have AC troubles and that was the case with mine and since it's winter i haven't gotten that done yet but I will in the spring, but I went into this knowing it was a possibility so I'm not too bummed out about it and I took that risk, other than that the reliability has been solid no issues and mine has 60k miles! I also compared the Buick Enclave and Chevy Traverse because I know they're very similar but I liked this the most.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

Once l purchased my vehicle(s) he was very helpful in showing me how to set up my features and answered any questions l had when l called. Bryan was my sales person for my Acadia that l traded in for the Yukon.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I am a 78 yr old female and have owned this vehicle since 2014. Great vehicle performance and reliability a comfort drive. The only problem I have is with the 2 front doors scraping the paint off the door sill. This vehicle was driven by owner of the dealership for a few months before I purchased it. On the whole I am still proud to drive this vehicle.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

We had a great experience purchasing a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. Jorge Marroquin was a fantastic salesperson to work with – he was friendly, personable, and answered all of our questions.

Mostly good but two rather disappointing accessories. 1) There are no updates available for the on board OEM GPS system 2) There are no instructions available for operating the onboard Rear Seat Panasonic DVD Player. It’s a royal pain trying to try to use it. Owned this vehicle for 5 years. Absolutely NO, NONE, ZIP help from GMC. LCinOH
