I wasn’t expecting much going in, but CarMart completely exceeded my expectations. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the car was exactly as listed—clean, reliable, and fairly priced. What impressed me most was how fast everything moved: the registration was completed the same day, and I picked up the car the very next day.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Larry Marcus was our sales consultant and Kendra Milan was our Finance Manager on our visit . From the time my wife and I walked in Larry us made feel at ease. Working thru the sales process with Larry was very smooth. We never felt any pressure during the time we were with him. He was very knowledgeable about the Acadia we were looking to purchase. When we were first looking at the vehicle he answered all of our questions. When it was time to leave with our new Acadia he took time to review the features of the vehicle before we left. He helped us set up some of the technology features during that time. Kendra Milan made the financing part of the purchase very easy. She was was very helpful and knowledgable going over all the paperwork necessary to purchase a new vehicle. Like Larry there was no pressure at all while working with Kendra. We were very impressed that we could come in and leave with a new vehicle on the same day. My wife and I agreed that this was one of the best car purchasing experiences we have ever had. I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

We purchased a Mazda CX-50 from Tulley Mazda in Nashua NH. We had a problem with the new vehicle and had to bring it to the dealer several times until the tech finally found the problem in a wire harness under the dashboard. We were given a loner each time we had to leave the car . Alex and their team are the best. They are professional in the way they do business. Have purchased cars from other dealers and never had such great service .

I've owned my 2015 Acadia Denali since 74900 miles were on it and it drives great! I hear things on its quality but in my experience it's been a joy to own.

Having a limited amount of funds to use, I still want a reliable SUV because my grandchildren and daughter live with me. As such, I've had to contact a lot of dealerships. Unfortunately, not all cared to continue after hearing my budget. Some hung up immediately, a few others actually scoffed before hanging up. These are actual large dealerships that make a lot of money. I was beginning to get quite discouraged . Then I emailed Bobby at Advanced Auto Sales. I left him a list of questions, not realizing that he wasn't the one to ask. However, he answered each one. Without complaining and without directing me to someone else. This is the kind of dealership everyone needs. Where you're able to get a truthful answer. I've not yet bought my vehicle here, but will soon.

Love the 2015 Acadia. There are some sensor issues, when my oil change was done and the sensor reset the passenger sensor began coming on when no one is in seat, and seat belt warning chimes, other things like the rear heat comes on by itself, a few other glitches. One bad design is the door lock/unlock on passenger side is on armrest. My dog has stood on it, locked me out, with keys in ignition the driver door WILL STILL lock! That is really dumb. Never had a car, even older models lock driver door with key in ignition.

Everyone at Tulley was great! They even took my old car as a trade and gave me a great deal.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

A lot of scheduled maintenance had to be done , and state inspection. It was done when promised and at a reasonable price .

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

All I can say is WOW! I haven’t always had good luck buying cars and got myself into a jam. Neil Peabody was so amazing! He got me into the perfect SUV, he was fast pleasant and to the point Ian and Tim were also so nice and able to help me out in just ONE DAY!
