I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. We showed up without an appointment, but Ray was quick to help and didn’t miss a beat. I noticed every car I test drove looked freshly washed—maybe just timing, but if he did it on purpose, that extra effort didn’t go unnoticed. He was super honest the whole time, even recommending the used Chevy over a new GMC when he easily could’ve pushed the more expensive option. My car came with a full tank, which surprised me since most dealers leave it nearly empty. He got us a good deal on the plate, found the best rate, and had all the paperwork ready when we came back. The rest of the staff was helpful, and they offered great warranty options. After months of shopping around and talking to a ton of dealers, I’m glad Ray was the one we ended up buying from.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I am 84 years of age therefore I have owned several automobiles and cannot compare any other that I have owned to this Acadia. It has been the best overall transportation I have ever owned!

I was able to get an oil change as a walk in at this facility. I had a scheduled appointment with another facility and they still couldn't get me in for two hours. Causley was very friendly and accommodating.

This is the perfect sized car for me with 3rd row seating. When not in use the 2nd and 3rd rows lay down for extra storage. I like the exterior size too. It’s easy to maneuver in and out of parking.
