It is always pleasant atmosphere, clean and employees are friendly. The wait has never been really long. The person who takes me home while my car is being work on is also very nice and friendly. Plus when ever I call to check on my car, the person is very nice and helpful.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Already affiliated with an former employee from a different location, I knew a little about 44 Auto Mart. However, every lot is different. Upon calling in reference to a truck, Steve - the owner, took care of myself and my fiance' personally, before turning us over to Rod. Rod seemed very knowledgeable about the '07 Titan we were interested in, and took the time to listen to our requests and concerns. Being a fresh trade in, there was a minor issue with the front differential, of which they are taking care of in their maintenance shop. Having set up an appointment, Steve had it detailed beforehand for us. Low and behold, an hour later, we drove off the lot in a "NEW TO YOU," handsome Titan. Thanks 44 Auto Mart, you took care of us! I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

Love the 2015 Acadia. There are some sensor issues, when my oil change was done and the sensor reset the passenger sensor began coming on when no one is in seat, and seat belt warning chimes, other things like the rear heat comes on by itself, a few other glitches. One bad design is the door lock/unlock on passenger side is on armrest. My dog has stood on it, locked me out, with keys in ignition the driver door WILL STILL lock! That is really dumb. Never had a car, even older models lock driver door with key in ignition.

Your service team did a great job!! We are from the Pittsburgh, PA area. We had the oil changed in our 2023 Forte last Friday at a local Jiffy Lube before leaving for Ft. Knox for our son's ROTC graduation. By the time we got to Radcliff, the crankcase was almost dry. The oil filter was leaking. When I called your dealership, Bobby told me, "By the time you get here, we'll have an open bay for you." They took me right in, and I was on my way in 30 - 40 minutes. It was nice to be so well taken care of so far from home. Just sorry I won't be able to use your dealership on a regular basis.
