I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

About 2 months ago I went to the dealership for an oil change. Have an appointment at 11 o'clock in the morning. around 12 want to go see the service adviser asking where my car was at, he went to go To find out where my vehicle was at. It was still in the parking lot. All they had to say was they were sorry. I waited an hour and I had an appointment and nobody did nothing about it They haven't even started the oil change at 12 o'clock.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

I hate the process of buying a car, but this one was painless. It took a few trips and test drives to find the right car, but we found it for a fair price, and they gave us a fair price on our 10-year-old trade-in.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

In and out in a reasonable time, was able to drop my car off and get it serviced the same day no hassle, no problem!!!!

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Love our new car, but wasn’t told the CD player didn’t work .( info was not listed anywhere ) After purchasing the car we contacted them and were told they would not fix it. So my advice is shop there, but check everything carefully and ask questions.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Jordan started working wth me and helped negotiate the purchase price of my new truck, as well as the trade of my old truck. He was not a high pressure salesman, and was a pleasure to work with. Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

I returned to Car Max in Franklin, as I had questions for service re: the 2020 Jeep Wrangler I purchased a few weeks ago from this location. Justin helped me unhook a cable in order to get the top off the Jeep…. It was user error vs issue with the Jeep :). He helped me reset the oil life indicator, and popped the sun visor into proper place. He was all about service with a great attitude. This simple experience gave me an even more positive opinion of Car Max. Thanks!

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

This was the most wonderful experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We came down a few weeks earlier and checked out what was on the lot and talked with a salesman, Derek Agnew who was most helpful - let us look without being pushy. Loved that. I kept an eye on the website and when I saw that a 2025 White Traverse was on the lot, I immediately told my husband and we were determined to go back down. We live 2.5 hours away so I contacted a salesperson to see if it was on the lot. I heard back from a lady named Stacy stating it was and she asked if we would like to schedule an appointment. We did for 3/31 at 4:30pm. We got caught up in traffic in Nashville because of a wreck and we didn't arrive until a little past 5pm. Stacy was with another customer at that point but she referred us to Morgan Carr - a true answer to prayer!!! She was amazing and so patient with us. We took it for a test drive and I knew this was the car that I had been praying for. She sent the car back to be serviced and cleaned. She took great care of us - we got all the paperwork taken care of and in no time we were driving it back home!! The dealership closes at 8pm on Mondays - we were leaving around 8:15pm. Like I stated earlier - Morgan helped us have a stress-free purchase!! I have already started recommending Walker Chevrolet to all my friends when they see my new car!! Great Vehicle for new family. Rides smooth & comfortable seats. Very roomy in the car as a whole. Plenty of storage Space for groceries & the daily stuff like baby accessories strollers. Bags etc.

I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!

Overall everything went well. The process of buying a vehicle is long, but they did a good job. I picked it up on my birthday and they made it wonderful.
