I travelled out of state for my purchase and Brad did a great job at answering my multitude of questions! They had a driver pick us up at the airport(1 hour away), washed and filled up the car. Brad sat down with us helped us find some local eats and got us convict way with ease. Paperwork was quick as well. Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Got a oil change and tie rotation. Every thing went well

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

This is an update to previous review. I bought the cerma plate protection package but was unhappy with the interior. I took it back and it turned out that nobody even worked on the interior. They did it while I waited. If I hadn't taken it back I would have paid for something I didn't get. The service dept. was a little upset with my mood and attitude, but when they found out no-one had even worked on my interior they were very apologetic and nice about it and thanked me for bringing it to they're attention. I don't like dealers and this is a perfect example of why.

Jonathan and Kahn were amazing. As always at Lake City GMC no pressure, very relaxed buying experience. Love my Acadia so much that this is my 4 th one.

I only have 700 miles on it so far but it’s been fantastic. I had a 2020 before this one and was fantastic also. GM is the way to go.

excellent service Joe worked with my third party warranty company to get the repairs covered i really appreciated all he did for us i am very gratefully for all of the employees hard work.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

I have to say that Ryan and the staff at Napleton sure know what they are doing. They were quick to answer any questions I had and took away the fear of buying a car! Worked with Matt to test drive a Gladiator I had researched online, I had a few moving parts in my deal I was working through. He was patience was appreciated, ZERO pressure!! I met Abs, to talk through what I was looking to trade, etc. he was transparent and open with what he could do to help me with my purchase. He’s a solid young man!! When I took delivery working with “Dan the finance man”, offered alternatives BETTER, than what I was planning to bring to the table, the process was effortless. We all don’t “enjoy” the car buying experience but the fellas at Burtness have a great operation and we will be back for my wife’s Grand Cherokee later this year!!

Bought it from my sister. Best vehicle I've owned. Very comfortable and has plenty of power. Love it. It's like anything else you own, regular care & maintenance goes a long way.
