I will always use Portsmouth Chevy. There service department is superior to any others. They are very trustworthy and do not try to force you to have service done that is not needed.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

The service was excellent, and quick. They updated me immediately and the whole process was very smooth. The price was even way lower than they initially quoted me for, which was an exciting surprise.

I love my Acadia Denali. It is fully loaded with anything you can think of.I love the V6 engine and how smooth it drives and rides

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I've not been to the lot yet so can't rate anything but customer service. And their customer service is A . By far, the nicest and most honest dealership I've ever spoken to.

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Fuel efficient, Very stylish. Plenty of creature comforts. Great family vehicle. Grandkids love the WIFI connection .Nothing bad can be said of the performance ,quality, comfort of this vehicle.

I had just driven a Ford Taurus X at another dealer and mentioned it to the saleman at Fairway. Much to my surprise, he called me a few days later and told me they had one he thought I would like. Having a limited amount of funds to use, I still want a reliable SUV because my grandchildren and daughter live with me. As such, I've had to contact a lot of dealerships. Unfortunately, not all cared to continue after hearing my budget. Some hung up immediately, a few others actually scoffed before hanging up. These are actual large dealerships that make a lot of money. I was beginning to get quite discouraged . Then I emailed Bobby at Advanced Auto Sales. I left him a list of questions, not realizing that he wasn't the one to ask. However, he answered each one. Without complaining and without directing me to someone else. This is the kind of dealership everyone needs. Where you're able to get a truthful answer. I've not yet bought my vehicle here, but will soon.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Then I made an appointment at Merchants Auto for a test drive. At first, the place looked a bit quiet, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and proactive everyone was. There was about a $3,000 difference between the price I saw online and the one initially quoted at the dealership. I mentioned this and also showed them an offer I had received from another dealership the day before. I told them that if they could match that deal, I’d sign right away. They worked hard for nearly an hour — checking different options, running numbers — and finally made it happen. I signed the paperwork and made the down payment on the spot. Even better, the finance rate they offered was about half of what another Boston-area dealership had quoted me, which helped offset that $3,000 difference. What impressed me most was that the price we agreed on during negotiation was exactly the same when it came time to sign the papers — no hidden fees, no surprises. traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

My service rep was prompt and he explained the situation to me. Hoping this solves the issue with my Colorado, as this has happened before with my 2018 Colorado.

I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!
