I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

I'm a 67 yr old Widow and I have a Keyless Car and due to circumstances, I was not able to get my Car Fob in for service to get a new battery for my Car! The Manager Drew Simpson Fairborn Ohio 45344, came to my Home and replaced it for me! He would not even take a penny for the battery! He has shown me much kindness! I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Staff was friendly and service was prompt. I do feel that they should provide a chair when they present older folks with the price. Otherwise, pretty good experience.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

The attention I got here was more than I expected. Not pushy or aggressive at all but was still able to answer all my questions. Im very happy with my 2016 Buick Enclave. Highly recommend

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Didn't rate the experience 5* because I'm not sure that's possible. Probably as good as it gets. Anyway, just had my first PM and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Andrew was waiting as I exited the car, went through prepared paperwork and was driving off in my loaner call in about 5minutes. Car was ready & washed on time and I was out as fast or faster than the drop off. Awesome experience.

I have driven GMC SUVs for many years..my current 2018 GMC XLT has been my favorite....comfort and drivability unsurpassed..today my husband and I were in a serious accident, rear ended at fairly high speed...the back end was pushed in all the way to rear seat...we were not hurt and are so grateful to GMC. The sheriff staff there and the wrecker driver both stated we were very fortunate to have been driving the Acadia..it absorbed the wreck so well. I had just said this past week how much I loved driving this car and how pretty I still thought it was. Hopefully I will be able to get in a new Acadia. Thank you GMC for providing a truly safe vehicle.

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.
