traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

The root cause of the problem my car was having was found quickly. Service manager kept me informed of.progress. Repair finished ahead of promised time. This is not the dealer nearest me and it is worth going a bit further for trustworthy service.

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Great Vehicle for new family. Rides smooth & comfortable seats. Very roomy in the car as a whole. Plenty of storage Space for groceries & the daily stuff like baby accessories strollers. Bags etc.

Test drive before you buy.....so far it's good but it's expensive for gas to fill up was $70. And city plates is $301 and also the car is heavier than the ford explorer that's why everything is so expensive

I've owned my 2015 Acadia Denali since 74900 miles were on it and it drives great! I hear things on its quality but in my experience it's been a joy to own.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

A few weeks after having a sensor replaced under warranty at the dealership, my check engine light came on again?this time indicating an issue with the CO2 sensor. I returned to the dealership and also needed an oil change. Doug, the service advisor, initially informed me that the CO2 sensor was not covered under the same warranty as the previously replaced part. However, he said he would check with his supervisor. After a short wait, Doug came back with good news: his supervisor had approved the replacement of the CO2 sensor under warranty, meaning I would only be responsible for the oil change. Unfortunately, the sensor was not in stock at the time, so it had to be ordered. I was told that I wouldn?t be able to pay for the oil change until the sensor was replaced, as everything would be included on one service ticket. The sensor arrived late in the day, so I scheduled an appointment for a time that fit around my work schedule. I brought the car in on Friday morning, and the sensor was replaced promptly at no cost to me (aside from the oil change). The team was very accommodating throughout the entire process, and I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

I am 84 years of age therefore I have owned several automobiles and cannot compare any other that I have owned to this Acadia. It has been the best overall transportation I have ever owned!

Love the 2015 Acadia. There are some sensor issues, when my oil change was done and the sensor reset the passenger sensor began coming on when no one is in seat, and seat belt warning chimes, other things like the rear heat comes on by itself, a few other glitches. One bad design is the door lock/unlock on passenger side is on armrest. My dog has stood on it, locked me out, with keys in ignition the driver door WILL STILL lock! That is really dumb. Never had a car, even older models lock driver door with key in ignition.

This is the 4th vehicle (3rd new) that I?ve bought from Reiselman GMC (even going back to when it was Cunningham). The staff are always a pleasure to work with, they keep the experience low pressure, and always come up with a fair deal. I purchased the 2020 Acadia SLT new, I love my SUV, the ride is so smooth and the Bose system is killer, definitely a sharp looking SUV.One thing I would add is side interior cargo lights, the overhead light is not enough, other than that it's perfect and the dealership Delray Buick GMC those guys are awesome they take great care of my SUV.

I had a recall on my Ford Escape and brought it to Gallatin Ford. After three weeks of calling and email Jessica with no response, I called and she was on vacation. Lauren O'Neal took over and had me bring my car in that day to be assessed. Parts were ordered. Parts came in sooner than expected and Lauren called me to bring my vehicle in for the repairs. Lauren communicated with me in a timely and professional manner. I never had to call and feel like I was being a pest. My vehicle was repaired perfectly. I just purchased a 2018 Acadia and I’ve been having oil pan issues. I took it back to open road in New Jersey where I purchased it for a high price repair and am still having issues
