Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

On Saturday, June 7, my daughter and I had an outstanding experience at XXX Chevrolet. While my initial intent was simply to support her in purchasing her first vehicle, I ended up trading in my own car and driving away in a brand-new 2026 Equinox — while she purchased a 2025 Colorado. Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

I bought a new Sonata yesterday. Andy sold it to me and he was just wonderful! He was so helpful in giving me options and helping me to decide which car was best for me. I was nervous about all the technology the car had and he answered all my questions. I was also reassured by him telling me that I could come back anytime with questions and they would help me. Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I brought my recently purchased car to the service center for a safety inspection. They found one issue and fixed it promptly. Overall service and communication were excellent. I will return in the future.

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Extremely nice staff, very professional team players from service desk to the shop. A very clean and safely run facility. Waiting area was comfortable. Service was done in a reasonable time. Service prices appear to be fair. Will definitely continue with my service here, also would consider a purchase from them in the future.

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would! Lila Bubier, Mark Deal, trade checker and Kia Finance went above and beyond to get me out of my negative equity from my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal. Nice showroom and a beautiful selection of cars. I looked at a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible and worked with Danny, who was friendly, professional, and laid-back. There was no sales pressure and I was able to get a good price on the automobile. Service provided a detailed review of their inspection and upgrades. They instantly addressed a small mechanical issue that I had with the car, and it was detailed and looked great on delivery. Highly recommended this dealership.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I purchased the 2020 Acadia SLT new, I love my SUV, the ride is so smooth and the Bose system is killer, definitely a sharp looking SUV.One thing I would add is side interior cargo lights, the overhead light is not enough, other than that it's perfect and the dealership Delray Buick GMC those guys are awesome they take great care of my SUV.

I only have 700 miles on it so far but it’s been fantastic. I had a 2020 before this one and was fantastic also. GM is the way to go.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .
