Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

They were great to work with, I tested an Explorer and it was very nice, but on a front wheel drive platform, and I needed an Expedition and they didn't have 1 at the time.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

Great buying experience! I drove my car home same day and they drove the vehicle that I had driven back to me the next day! Had my first service done and called on a Friday was able to get it in that following Monday. They even picked my car up at 8:30 and had it back to me w/ everything done by 11:30. They texted me the pic of my car and the services they took care of.

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

I service was timely and service manager efficient and friendly! Most of time you don?t need to have twenty- five words to explain the service!

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

New tires installed and serviced in a professional and timely manner. Price and quality of the four new tires was great.

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

Fadil helped us as he listened to our preferences and took care of everything. Negotiated quickly on vehicle price and threw in some extras for free. Fadil was honest ans did everything he said he would do without any tricks or trying to raise the price. We've had some bad experiences in the past so this was great. Thanks Fadil!

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Oakes Kia had a 2024 Mustang GT with all the options I was looking for. I have been in automotive sales and sales management for 6 years. So I am incredibly critical when on this side of the transaction. That being said this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and its not even close. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Parker did a great job helping me order an Expedition. He kept me updated on when they would start to build it, and when it would be delivered once it was completed. It actually was delivered a lot sooner than expected. I appreciate his help making the process a lot easier!

Without hesitation I can say this was the smoothest car purchase of my life. I never felt pressured or inadequate during the entire process. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the people or their process. Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Had three different sales people contact me .Found out that I am a second class person when it came down to the loan since I had joint car payment already With the wife she would need to sign as well . Not the dealerships fault just I wanted to buy one for myself without the wife’s consent she was not willing .

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Very happy with this vehicle. It looks awesome and has the 3rd row seating I was looking for! The color is beautiful. I do wish the drivers seat was a little more comfortable but it's m not a luxury vehicle so that's expected.

I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance

We came in to buy a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid, Chris and Khalil were amazing walking us through the process, answering our questions and giving us time to discuss options with no pressure at all.

Great Vehicle for new family. Rides smooth & comfortable seats. Very roomy in the car as a whole. Plenty of storage Space for groceries & the daily stuff like baby accessories strollers. Bags etc.

My service advisor was excellent as was the quality of the work. GM's $200 charge for labor to replace a part I can buy for $20 is ridiculous. I would have been ok paying $200 to replace all four tire pressure sensors but not $200 EACH plus the super inflated part cost. I wish I could score the service separate from the pricing. Pricing would get one star.

I've owned my 2015 Acadia Denali since 74900 miles were on it and it drives great! I hear things on its quality but in my experience it's been a joy to own.
