Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

I am cancelling my earlier low rated review on issues with the dealership, they were resolved and I purchased a new csr from joseph. Still have issues with kia and CNA warranty. I purchased the 2020 Acadia SLT new, I love my SUV, the ride is so smooth and the Bose system is killer, definitely a sharp looking SUV.One thing I would add is side interior cargo lights, the overhead light is not enough, other than that it's perfect and the dealership Delray Buick GMC those guys are awesome they take great care of my SUV.

I had my car serviced by Jeff Schmitt and they took the time to solve a very lengthy and frustrating problem I have been having with my Bolt EUV that Voss Chevy (where it was purchased) refused to help me with and said it was either my fault by taking it to a charging station or that the electric at my house was faulty even though two electricians certified my electric was fine. Jeff Schmitt Chevy was able to fix the error "unable to charge" I would randomly get while charging at several homes and that has been a focus of car forums as well as getting the attention of GM Corporate as well. It turned out there was a problem with the electrical component which was exposed after purchasing it new at Voss Chevy. Just recently, it got worse where I had another issue where the engine was repeatedly rebooting when I tried to shut it off and it would not go in drive or reverse either. After getting the run-around I almost gave up until I took it to Jeff Schmitt instead and they went through detailed diagnostics and took the time to find the problem and correct it. Everything has been fixed, thanks to Jeff Schmitt Chevy. I am so thankful for Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet as they have renewed my faith in GM and I look forward in driving my Chevy Bolt EUV. I highly recommend Jeff Schmitt for their dedication, commitment to customer service and their loyalty to their customers.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

I was helping my sister Carol find a 2023 Buick Encore GX and Stephanie confirmed they had the one I inquired about and let Tom Spears know my sister and I would be coming in to look at the car from Cincinnati on Saturday morning. I have been to a lot of different dealers in the area, and Reichard Chevy blows them all out of the water. Every department, service, sales, finance, they are all amazing. I worked with Johnny on getting my new Malibu, and I love this car. I came in and they weren't pushy on anything, and assisted me with what I already knew I wanted. They also got me an AMAZING financing deal. Furthermore, I was trading in 2 cars, and the owner drove me home to get the other car to bring back in the morning and finish the deal. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Even the salesman that I didn't work with were awesome to me. I will recommend everyone to buy from Reichard, and I will only buy from them from now on.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

Took truck in for oil change. Quick convenient and they even cleaned truck. Great service great place!

I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!

Clinton makes buying a car easy and enjoyable. This is the 4th car we have bought from Clinton and the thing I like most about Clinton is I know he is not goi g to try and feed me a line just to make a sale. He’s is honest & upfront. He is an all around great guy and an excellent car salesman because he truly cares about his customers. He posted the Renegade on Facebook & I jokingly said I’d trade him a Hyundai for it. He took me serious and he made it happen, even though it hasn’t quite been a year since I bought the Hyundai from him. He knew I wasn’t happy with that Hyundai Kona, because when I bought, I just settled. Yes, my car payment is a little higher, but now I’m driving a vehicle I truly love, and I didn’t even have to test drive it! Everyone at WAC was so nice and helpful! This is our 3rd Jeep from them and I’ve always been treated like I matter and not just like another sale. And I love that they play Contemporary Christian music. Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I had Great Experience at Jake Sweeney Buick. I called and spoke to George Dirling to see if the vehicle I was looking at online was available. It was and I headed down from Columbus to the their dealership and was welcomed at the door by George who had the 2021 Buick Enclave Avenir washed and up front at the dealership. We took a test drive and came back and I decided it was the vehicle for me to replace my 2008 Buick that was totaled in a recent accident.. George gathered all the info to get the deal taken care of and Steve in finance went thru the payment info for the financing and service contract... They also assisted me to take the rental I was in down the street to the Enterprise Rental and I was able to turn it in there and save a trip back to the dealership. Later in the afternoon I was heading back to Columbus in my 2021 Buick. Still getting acclimated to all the options, and love the Adaptive Cruise driving back home.. traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

I'm a 67 yr old Widow and I have a Keyless Car and due to circumstances, I was not able to get my Car Fob in for service to get a new battery for my Car! The Manager Drew Simpson Fairborn Ohio 45344, came to my Home and replaced it for me! He would not even take a penny for the battery! He has shown me much kindness! Just today his Honestly saved me between 2 car's around 2k Thank you Drew for your kindness!! This is my second Acadia (the first one was a 2017) I bought this 2022 brand new and choose the Denali trim. So, after 19 months, I am very satisfied. I would say that I fairly got what I had pay for.
