I would like to give my review for Jacob Jones, he was so nice and informative , very polite and helpful. I liked that he was not pushy to make a choice and let me take my time, I know if I need help for anything he will do his best to help me. Very happy with my choice and so glad he was my salesman. I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

I have been to a lot of different dealers in the area, and Reichard Chevy blows them all out of the water. Every department, service, sales, finance, they are all amazing. I worked with Johnny on getting my new Malibu, and I love this car. I came in and they weren't pushy on anything, and assisted me with what I already knew I wanted. They also got me an AMAZING financing deal. Furthermore, I was trading in 2 cars, and the owner drove me home to get the other car to bring back in the morning and finish the deal. Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Lawrence Reynolds is the greatest! So I went in pre approved from my credit union with a higher than normal interest rate. I was looking at a particular vehicle but Lawrence told me “ hey you may want to consider some different options.” Reason being was the used vehicle has somewhat high in mileage. He said if you don’t like it, don’t buy it! Which made me lower my guards because I was no longer talking to a salesperson, I was talking to someone who really cared! He then stated that he could put me in a brand new car with a lower interest rate, I responded there’s no way! I don’t know what he did except go to bat for me and he got a home run! I am a proud owner of a beautiful 2024 Ford escape. It was on me and my wife’s to do list to go off the lot with a brand new care- he made that happen. I have enjoyed driving the 2011 Acadia SLT-2 for over 10 years. It is great on the road, especially on long trips, and it's a great vehicle for transporting the grandkids. Our Acadia has been relatively trouble-free. Follow the maintenance schedule and the vehicle will perform admirably for many miles. After 171,000 miles we just upgraded to a 2023 Acadia.

I had my car serviced by Jeff Schmitt and they took the time to solve a very lengthy and frustrating problem I have been having with my Bolt EUV that Voss Chevy (where it was purchased) refused to help me with and said it was either my fault by taking it to a charging station or that the electric at my house was faulty even though two electricians certified my electric was fine. Jeff Schmitt Chevy was able to fix the error "unable to charge" I would randomly get while charging at several homes and that has been a focus of car forums as well as getting the attention of GM Corporate as well. It turned out there was a problem with the electrical component which was exposed after purchasing it new at Voss Chevy. Just recently, it got worse where I had another issue where the engine was repeatedly rebooting when I tried to shut it off and it would not go in drive or reverse either. After getting the run-around I almost gave up until I took it to Jeff Schmitt instead and they went through detailed diagnostics and took the time to find the problem and correct it. Everything has been fixed, thanks to Jeff Schmitt Chevy. I am so thankful for Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet as they have renewed my faith in GM and I look forward in driving my Chevy Bolt EUV. I highly recommend Jeff Schmitt for their dedication, commitment to customer service and their loyalty to their customers.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

Called in from out of state and talked to Josh. He was very helpful and took me seriously. Got the deal done over the phone including a fair price for my trade. Drove 2 1/2 hrs and paperwork was ready, entire process was easy.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!
