I called in regarding a special coverage for my vehicle and was connected with George Avila. George was very informative, polite, and a pleasure to work with. He scheduled me an appointment and communicated with me throughout the entire process. While having to take my car in to be serviced was an inconvenience, he made the process so seamless that I forgot it was even an issue to begin with.
