Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

I walked in out of the blue early Saturday morning. Christian came up to me and ended letting me drive a number of used and new cars. We didn't find one I liked so he searched the internet for me. Nothing was in there network that I cared for. Christian then got Dillon "the manager" involved. Dillon asked me about the car in the show room. I loved it. But No Way I could afford it. This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive.
