New and used 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 trucks for sale near Danielson, CT

I had a problem with the radio settings (would not stay at my settings) and groaning rear brake noise on my new 2021 GMC Sierra. I took it back to the dealer where I bought the truck and they did nothing and basically told me to "live with it". Wendell Jordan (service advisor ) for this dealership solved the problem with the rear brakes (had rust in them) and replaced the radio module which so far has kept the volume and sound settings. I would highly recommend Chevrolet Buick GMC of Attleboro for their service because they care, especially Wendell Jordan!

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

I had routine maintenance done on my Encore. The service as usual was excellent. Very friendly and professional service staff. They are a pleasure to work with.

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

I came from out of state to make the deal, and Im a bit particular with how I like my vehicle delivered so I gave Nick a task list before I got there to make it quicker and easier on him at the end of the month and he hit it out of the park. I was in and out in less than 1 hour with my new Hummer EV. He even made a special trip on his day off to make everything was perfect for me. An amazing experience with the service department and collision center at this dealership after my car was damaged by a fallen tree. The process right from the beginning was flawless. My experience was great ,Jesse and associates were very professional. Had a contaminated gas situation which ruined the engine. They worked with the insurance company and located another engine and in reasonable time were able to complete the work. They took care of all paperwork with ins.
