A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

I was having an issue with my vehicle and reached out to a few dealerships for help. One never returned my calls, and another quoted me an outrageous price without even looking up my vehicle. Then I got Ethan from Sheehan on the phone, and everything changed. I was frustrated and flustered, but Ethan immediately took the time to calm me down. He looked up my vehicle and let me know the repair would be fully covered by my warranty. He even asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away. When I arrived, Ethan went above and beyond. He made sure the team drove me to the rental car location?even though it was right across the street?because it was a busy road. He also ensured that my rental was covered under my warranty. He kept me informed throughout the process and assured me the repair would be handled quickly. True to his word, my vehicle was ready the very next day! It?s rare to find a service advisor who genuinely cares and follows through on their promises. I?m so glad I didn?t give up and called Sheehan. From now on, I won?t waste my time with any other dealership. Thank you, Ethan, for the outstanding service!

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!

Working with salesperson Brahms, made the entire procedure pleasurable. He made time to explain all of the features on the new Encore, with much patience. I decided to install side safety signals, and Brahms arranged for a loaner. Upon return, my personal belongs from the trunk of the car, were missing. Mr Brahms inquired daily about my belongings, and he went to the repair shop, where they were found, and he returned them all in tact. Commendable.

I have been visiting the Coral Springs Buick GMC since 2016, and what keeps me coming back is the excellence in customer service. For a while, I debated whether to purchase another vehicle. However, when I recently decided, the sales staff (Pierre Jean-Baptiste) and his supervisor (Kevon Logie) went above and beyond to ensure I received the vehicle I desired, helped me problem-solve when there was a delay with the bank payment, verified the rebate through ID.me, etc. For me, it was the level of patience, care, and understanding that made me leave with a purchase, of course, and reminded me of the experience and feelings of when I purchased my very first GMC. For context, it took me almost an entire week to buy the vehicle, not because of their failures, but because I wanted to make sure my son received my current GMC as his first GMC. Costco auto-buying and my bank suggested other dealer locations. Still, I was adamant about going anywhere else but this location, because I always leave feeling like a VIP because of the service. While I am giving out accolades, I definitely want to recognize the service department. I would not keep buying GMC if it were not for its impeccable service. I wish to acknowledge and thank Luis, who has had to put up with my demands, gripes, and frustrations since 2016, but has made sure my vehicle keeps running, even when I drove it from Florida to Virginia. I also want to thank Alex ~ I call him my after our mechanic with sooo much patience and understanding, which helps me all the time before closing with a flat, some diagnostic issue that comes up... I cannot thank Coral Springs Buick GMC enough for embracing me every time I show up as a VIP, and I will forever tell my friends to go there to get their vehicles.

Juan was friendly, honest, and completely transparent — no pressure, no games, just straightforward answers and a smooth process. The whole team was welcoming and knowledgeable, and unlike many dealerships, there was none of that “pushy salesman” vibe. The service manager was outstanding. He was involved in every aspect of my car repair. My issue was very difficult to diagnose. I observed him interacting positively with employees. I saw him doing manual labor, which you usually do not see. I was greeted positively from the moment I arrived. This is in contrast to the negative experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines down the street from me. I know a positive business from the moment I walk in. I observe all employees including the amount of time spent with customers or just in the customer area. Happy employees are going to give customers a better experience.
