We went back and forth by text and phone, and by mid-afternoon that same day, we had made a deal and I placed my deposit. Everything was clear and straightforward, which made the process stress-free. On pickup day, I drove two hours to the dealership, and everything was ready as promised. The test drive, paperwork, and delivery all went smoothly. Even when we ran into an issue with GM Rewards redemption (something out of their control), Jacquie and the team went above and beyond to help find a solution. After the sale, she also spent time walking me through all the features of my new Sierra so I’d feel completely comfortable with it before driving home. Jacquie’s personality, friendliness, and dedication truly made this a great car-buying experience. She is a huge asset to Cappellino Buick-GMC, and I would highly recommend asking for her if you’re shopping for a new vehicle.

I was quite surprised about the no-pressure buying experience I had when I went to look at a car I saw on the internet. Everything was nice and simple and I felt as if they really try to set me, the customer, at ease. Nothing changed when I entered the finance manager's office, no pressure. I have purchased about 15 vehicles from dealerships over the years and this was the best by far. Fair price, willing to negotiate trade value, treated me with respect. None of the schanigans the other dealers have pulled in the past.

I dealt with three different people while buying my car and everyone of them exceeded my expectations. No nonsense no back and forth...easy. I drive about an hour away and when I forget to bring something to complete the sale...they sent someone to me!

I just want to say 10 stars...10 stars.... 10 stars...period! I had a situation with my car in which been to a shop, and another gmc dealership. I was told the wrong diagnostic from this previous gmc buick dealership to fix a brake pedal issue. I called up to buick gmc in greece and spoke to service manager Greg. He was so Wonderful. He was understanding of my situation and was really willing to help me as much as he can to resolve my issue with my car. He then link me with service advisor Joe Coon. Joe was also so wonderful. Joe was also understanding and felt confident that he would resolve my issue. He kept me updated every step of the way while my car was being worked on. He had one of his senior high quality techs to work on my car. I wish i knew his name because he did a great job on my car also.My car was fixed correctly with the correct diagnostic. This dealership took action when I called and I appreciate that so much. This dealership will be the ONLY dealership I'll be taking my car to.
