A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Rob Birchall and the team were great. Was towed in on a Saturday and they were able to diagnose the problem and have me back on the road in 90 minutes.

Of significance, my spouse had purchased a vehicle the week before and his positive experience made it possible for me to want to return to the dealership to purchase a new car. Arnold made sure my car was cleaned and ready at pick up and he even took his time to walk me through every feature included in my purchase. I bought a 2022 Escalade ESV in 10/2023. From start to finish there was no hassle I saw the vehicle and did not purchase for over 2 months shopping around for a better deal. I went to many Cadillac Dealers across Long Island and they did not take me seriously. When I told them what I wanted my payments to be they didn't even attempt to really search for a vehicle that could match my interests. This Dealership allowed me to test drive without prejudice and also were totally patient until I was finally able to clear title problems with my Credit Unions because of NY State Laws and then Finance with Cadillac. I was shown the vehicle features several times to at least get the vehicle off the lot. My payment was 1265.00.. but now I'm down to 1065.00 per month. I would recommend this Delearship to anyone in the world. They go above and beyond in Customer Service.
