We just bought a used car from HILEY- Buick- GMC-of-Fort Worth with John Talley. We had shopped extensively and found good deals at 3 different dealerships. Although one of the other dealership's offer was slightly better than Hiley's, we were completely swayed by John's knowledge, experience, and trustworthiness. The level of care, kindness, and respect that Tyler Reynolds showed to my wife and I was unlike anything we have experienced at any dealership. All staff are kind and professional. The facility is clean and welcoming. I love the shuttle they offer to take you to and from your home.

Very good service, and while they were performing the service you could see the inspection that was performed by video. Most places don't show that to the customer.
