The price for my trade in and the car I was interested in was reasonable. There was no pressure to buy. After I bought the car, Bob was very patient in explaining the features. Just bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4. Great communication prior to the test drive. Mike answered all my questions about fees, features, and price. He even drive the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Everything done to the car prior to sale was done properly (new tires, brakes all around) and the car was everything they said it was with no surprises. They even filled up the tank.
