I bought this after going to the dealer just to look at colors. I had a 2016 Chevy 1500 LTZ that I loved. There was my down payment and took this Denali home. Only 2 options. Paint and moonroof. I thought my chevy with 3.42 gears was quick. This one goes with 3.23's. The ride is great. Fit and finish are perfect. My only complaint is this Bose/Apple play radio is not what the 2016 Bose was.

My sales person at Castle Chevrolet was Tony Twall. He was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I have to say that this was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My next purchase will be with the Castle dealership in McHenry IL and I will ask for Tony to be my sales person.

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I just wanted to say Tim Hoffman in service exceeded my expectations. I bought a 2016 CT6 from a dealership in Crystal Lake. I put 300 miles on the car and noticed something was not right with Transmission good thing I had the extended warranty. This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

It took me a long time to find the car I wanted. It was a Kia Nero EV plug-in. I finally found a beautiful blue one with all the features I wanted at Raymond Kia. Problem was there was a crazy dent over the driver-side passenger door. Sales manager, Rick Danka, Went through three dent specialists Before they found just the right guy to fix it. I applaud their perseverance, and I am amazed at the result. That rather large dent is no more. I now have the car I’ve been hoping to find. Thank you, Raymond Kia!

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

I have bought my last few Subarus from this dealership even though it is further from my home than at least 3 other Subaru dealers. They always seem willing to make me a nice deal on a new car, and they go above and beyond making the the process fast and convenient. Further, the sales representative with whom I worked, Reid Stanley, was accommodating, calm, not pushy, helpful and informative. Really everything one would wish for in a sales associate.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

Best car buying experience I've ever had, Bob the manager had everything set up for me before I walked into the door, Anthony Castaldo my salesman walked me through everything and answered every question I had. The finance manager was awesome as well he had loan options right away. In total I was in and out in little over in hour including the test drive, unreal. We have owned our GMC Sierra 1500 for approximately 9 years now. The only real disappointment with the vehicle is that we had to have a full transmission replacement Just after the 100k mile without any warning whatsoever. The truck now has 107k miles on it and now , again out of nowhere, we are experiencing slipping in the trans and the engine light is now flashing. Very disappointing since we are starting to feel uncertain about the reliability of the vehicle now. The truck itself is gorgeous and shows ZERO signs of its age, sporting new rims and tires and a lifted body and no rust on the body at all. We hope there are no major issues with the engine as the vehicle has always been maintained as needed and on time for regular servicing at the dealership.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Brian at Marquardt service department was extremely helpful to get my car all ready for winter with a new set of tires. I appreciate having a great dealership near by to handle my car needs.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

Joe Aksamitowski does an incredible job in all aspects of customer service from beginning to end for me and my family. In this case I needed a new transmission, a costly and lengthy process, and was allowed to have a loaner car free of charge for 7-8 days in December 2025. Joe kept me updated throughout the process. Despite the cost of almost $7K after allowable deductions, I was very satisfied with the outcome. He is tremendous with customer service. I have spent well over $400,000 at this dealership over the past 30 years through the 3-4 dealership changes on 8-9 new cars as well as R & M. What is consistent is great customer service. I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

handles and drives great, the electronics don't always work, mirrors don't always work, spray with wd 40, check engine light, EVAP culprit, auto nation has no luck with this, will drive it till the warrenty expires and its back to ford for me

I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

everything went well. truck was repaired and runs well. tech found the thermostat was faulty and replaced it. I was charged $620, it seemed high to me.
