This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

I am SO HAPPY with my new Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid! My car is one of the branded title cars that Capital Ford offers. It had a SLIGHT problem that was corrected by a Ford technician before it reached Capital. It runs PERFECTLY now. I basically got a brand new beautiful car with a GIANT discount! When I was shopping, I contacted this dealership a couple of times regarding another branded Escape Hybrid. After some short conversations and emails, I had booked my one-way flight. My experience with Chris Hess (Capital Ford's internet sales manager) and the entire staff at Capital was nothing more than professional and polite. I booked a hotel and spent about a day and a half because I flew in from MD. So a few of the managers stopped to speak with me. After I decided on the Titanium Hybrid instead of the SE I was looking at Capital had me on the road by about 2pm. They treated me wonderfully, it is very likely Capital Ford will be our go to for the next vehicle purchase we make! Great job everyone, I am really pleased! It was super helpful that I knew what I wanted otherwise this would have been a super long process. But, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Alex and Camillo. I appreciated that Alex (sales consultant) was laid-back and not too ?salesy? and that Camillo (finance manager) was cool and conversational even though I didn?t finance through their dealership. The only major drawback was that I was told that my VW comes with a ?lifetime warranty? which I knew it didn?t so it took a really long time to shop around for an extended warranty. Ended up going with one from the dealership since those options were better than what my credit union offered. Overall great experience and I love the new ride!

Amazing The experience was great from the first phone call to me driving my 68 RS Camaro off the lot. I flew in from Alaska and these guys picked me up at the hotel. Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?
