Chevis was our salesman, he worked for us to get what we wanted at the price we needed, without his effort our new AT4 wouldn't have been a reality. Alicia in the business office was as down to earth and chill as you could ask for. She didn't pressure us at all, let alone hound and demand like my other experiences with final documentation process of vehicle buying. The GM, made time to get to know us and made sure our deal was enjoyable. All in all, in the future, we will drive hours to this dealership for the service, product knowledge, and professionalism.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

I was absolutely satisfied and impressed with the whole process, but Matt Cross was WONDERFUL to work with through the whole process. He kept in regular contact as I had a unique situation with my trade-in car and he had to wait on me for several days. Chad Cross was also great to work with through the financing. I was greeted at the door every time I came in. I was just so impressed by the overall buying process.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

Had a very good experience. Julio, our salesperson, was very personable and didn’t pressure at all. If I had it to do again I probably wouldn’t have purchased the extended warranty. I did find a problem with the passenger side sun visor but we will see if they can help me out with it. I love the vehicle.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Had three different sales people contact me .Found out that I am a second class person when it came down to the loan since I had joint car payment already With the wife she would need to sign as well . Not the dealerships fault just I wanted to buy one for myself without the wife’s consent she was not willing .

I did my research and test drove several models. The GMC 1500 Duramax does everything I want it to do and more. Great gas milage, nice power and very comfortable.

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

The customer service is great at McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee Summit. The representatives are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

I just asked a question about 1 particular car. The person who called was polite, not pushy, knew something about the car, and answered my question. All I needed.

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

Am I the only one that has had the instrument panel completely fail? Mine did YEARS ago. So why is my reliability rating 5? The computer still works, I know how fast I'm going, the Miles remaining on the fuel economy is accurate, and it runs. Everyday. Replaced one hub and bearing, water pump, starter, ignition. A/C doesn't work, but I've got windows (which work if you know exactly where to push the button.) Oh, and the Engine light is always on, because the throttle body really needs a thorough cleaning or replacing. Motor and transmission have been crazy reliable for 20 years on truck bought new October '0 3. Nothing a few hundred dollars wouldn't fix. Though there are several of those, they don't keep me from getting from A to B.

Dalton was exceptionally good at his job and made our truck buying experience a breeze. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 from Munsterman Automotive. They were very straight forward, and equally reasonable. We kept Dalton at the dealership for two additional hours and he maintained a positive and kind attitude the entire time. We didn't feel rushed or taken advantage of. They are a family owned business, and I highly recommend buying from Munsterman Automotive. They actually listen to your needs and value the relationship they build with their clients. Also, they were able to to get us a better deal than any other dealer offer we had previously dealt with. I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 3.0 Diesel engine. I have 20,000 miles on it at the time of writing this. Never owned a diesel before and now i don't think i will own another one without it. I LOVE the engine in this truck. Only complaint would be that it likes DEF fluid while towing so pick up some extra DEF before you head out to tow something. Put about 8K miles on it this summer without adding any DEF fluid. seems to use a little more in the winter or when towing. Very quiet for a deisel and the fuel economy is awesome. Driving 70 mph down the freeway this truck gets about 30mpg, Drive 55mph on regular highways and this truck gets almost 40mpg. All around driving for me is about 26mpg. I used to fill up twice a week with my gas motor and now only once a week. Wireless Apple Carplay works great and the voice texting and mapping is a big plus. I also have the new SuperCruise feature which is awesome. Get on the freeway and set the supercruise on and the truck drives itself until i get to my exit (about 28 miles from home to work). Bose stereo is out of this world and all the storage is great to. I have a swingout bed toolbox, aluminum roll up tonneau cover, Lighted black GMC front emblem, Gloss Black 22" wheels, All Black decals and my dual exhaust bezels are black as well. I rotate the tires and change the oil every 5,000 miles. Couldn't ask for a better truck. Might get the ultimate next time as that has the messaging seats which i kinda wish I had.

Pam and Nick were great to work with. We walked in looking for a Honda Pilot, unsure of which trim we wanted. Pam did a wonderful job of explaining the differences. Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for on their lot and found one in the KC metro, picked it up and brought it to their location for us to drive. We drove off the lot with a Pilot we were happy with.

Smooth ride strong motor decent gas mileage inside cab is loaded and very tastefully done along w easy access to knobs. Plenty of room. In back seat ! Aclassy looking Truck with a tacky looking owner!!
