So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

I went to Patrick Buick GMC to check out used Buick sedans. I was greeted by Bob Gordan. I saw a car I liked and Bob explained the features and let me take it for a test drive. The price for my trade in and the car I was interested in was reasonable. There was no pressure to buy. After I bought the car, Bob was very patient in explaining the features. He showed me around the full service facility and introduced me to the different departments. Everyone was professional. It was a good experience.

I dealt with three different people while buying my car and everyone of them exceeded my expectations. No nonsense no back and forth...easy. I drive about an hour away and when I forget to bring something to complete the sale...they sent someone to me!

I was quite surprised about the no-pressure buying experience I had when I went to look at a car I saw on the internet. Matt was a great guy to deal with. Darrel the salesman was cool he walked me through everything and showed me a couple thing about the truck. The wife get her car there and it broke down and the service dept was helpful and getting it done in a timely matter. I would tell people to go there in a second. Just bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4. Great communication prior to the test drive. Mike answered all my questions about fees, features, and price. He even drive the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Everything done to the car prior to sale was done properly (new tires, brakes all around) and the car was everything they said it was with no surprises. They even filled up the tank.
