So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

My truck was stolen and luckily was found. Had it towed to dealership and met Chris. He made the experience of getting repairs done stress free. I had to bring my truck back for some additional repairs and he set me up with a loaner car so I didn?t have to worry about a ride home.

Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. I didn't have a service appointment, appointment is dealership preferred though. I just drove in on a Saturday. After talking to service rep Miss Jessica, I was still able to get my oil changed. Had to wait a little bit but all turned out well. Thanks Miss Jessica.
