So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Misty was great as was Rusty. I?ve been trading with Rusty for over 30 years at James Wood Motors. Misty came in on her day off to deliver my truck and took time to explain all of the new features. This is why I drove 3 hours each way to do business with James Wood. James Wood Motors is the absolute BEST dealer in Texas.

Although one of the other dealership's offer was slightly better than Hiley's, we were completely swayed by John's knowledge, experience, and trustworthiness. And then Ron and Taylor in Finance made us glad John was at Hiley (they give Finance people a good name!}.

Very good service, and while they were performing the service you could see the inspection that was performed by video. Most places don't show that to the customer.
