Used GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 for sale near Hackberry, TX

Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

Ali always takes care of my car and me! Regular maintenance and oil change, in and out in 2 hours. They have a comfortable waiting area that is quiet and peaceful. I trust their service department 100%!

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Forest, our sales representative was an amazing man. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and went out if his way to make sure we knew all about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He went with us so I could test drive the car and explained all the features and how to work them . Forest even took me around the dealership and introduced me to various employees, showed me where the service and parts departments were and, once again introduced me to the people in those departments. He also showed me where the customer lounge and vending area was along with the free coffee area. Forest introduced me to the finance person who would be serving me. Love everything about this Duramax Denali except the fuel mileage. 13-14 Mpg tops when not towing. Bought truck cause previous was stolen. Wish I still had my 6.2 High Country!

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

If you want to sit around all day, haggle for a price, have someone go back and forth and talk to “the boss,” and generally have an all-around traditional car buying experience, this dealer is NOT the place for you! These guys have a niche and they know their stuff; you’re not going to get the run-around here because their prices are already competitive. My salesman, Anthony, was fantastic as was Jeremy, the finance manager. If I hadn’t sat around and visited with them both, I could’ve been in and out in an hour. This is how buying a vehicle ought to be.
