I usually dont write reviews but my experience with Truck Kings deserves one. Erase any idea you may have of a used car dealer and its inventory and replace it with satisfaction, enjoyment, zero frustration and a buying experience like no other. I have owned my truck for a month and two weeks. Two weeks after owning it my power steering went out for about 25 miles then was OK again. Last week the check engine light went on and after about 25 miles it turned off and it was OK a week ago I entered my truck to start off for the day and everything was dead absolutely had no sign of life. The dealership has now had it for exactly a week and they cannot figure out what’s going on. They say they’re having problems receiving communicating. I sure hope I will continue to love my truck. It drives like a dream and pulls like an ox.

I had a flat tire and they were able to repair it. I never felt pressure to get new tires, and they fixed it quickly.

One of the best buying experience I’ve had in a long while. Jeffrey was great. Had everything prepared for our appointment. The truck was cleaned up and ready for the test drive. Once we got back we worked on the numbers. They were close, but working with the sales manager we agreed on a very fair deal. And that’s what I appreciated the most let’s be fair with each other. The next day working with Preston in finance was also very pleasant, he worked his magic and got us a great rate with the bank. Overall experience was excellent! I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer.This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer.This is above and beyond!! This Yall is a 5 star Dealership!!! I highly recommend Berkenkotter!! Go see Bret, Alen or Any of the Guys they eill hook you up!
