I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

I went in and looked at truck drove the truck and came back after they got me financed, and it ended up taking the truck home. Great experience. I recommend them to anyone. They're looking for a nice truck.

Love everything about this Duramax Denali except the fuel mileage. 13-14 Mpg tops when not towing. Bought truck cause previous was stolen. Wish I still had my 6.2 High Country!

I'm about to put my first set a tires on it and brakes other than that I don't plan on getting rid of it it's never let me down and after reading all the other reviews it makes me realize they don't make them like they used to as they used too!

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

We stumbled upon this dealership while shopping for my husband a new work truck. We found what we thought to be a great truck located on the Houston lot. Unfortunately after having it brought in to the Dallas lot our salesman notified us that the vehicle was throwing a ABS code. We were at the Dallas dealership on a Saturday, so not much anyone could do for diagnostic/repair. We decided we would drive the truck home and have it repaired at our local dodge dealership. Considering it was under factory warranty and extended warranty we had no reason to believe it would be a huge issue. WE WERE WRONG!!! The truck had essentially been chop shopped and was completely un repairable under any warranty! Our salesman D’Andre and the GM at Dallas were nothing short of amazing to us! We were able to get out of the original truck and into another within a week! They even let us drive the alternative truck for a few days to ensure we felt confident. They were very communicative and never hesitated to answer all questions we had. We never felt like a bother or that we had to be mean to get this disaster situated. I think our situation was just unfortunate. The Dallas dealership was VERY professional and helpful and we could truly feel that they cared about us as a customer and their name as a business! So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

I?ve never been disappointed when taking my 2023 Santa Fe to their service dept. I?ve only had to have oil changes and servicing so far. I did buy a new set of tires at the dealership, and it was efficient and a pleasureable experience.

Great power and yet great economy. Love the safety features with the cameras and side vehicle warning. Camera that shows side of vehicle, including trailer when turn signal is on is great. Also appreciate the bed camera for hooking up gooseneck trailer.
