We originally had a unpleasant experience here as first time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pre-order of our new vehicle and maintained stellar communication and customer service throughout the whole pre-order process. We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Car has a rattle in dash and has a technical bulletin that was not applied at Audi while recall was done. Other than that car is in excellent condition and was delivered to our home. Picked up our old vehicle and was great experience overall.

A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

I have personally bought two different vehicles from this dealership they were both used and they were both very reliable cars. I have to make a shout out to my advisor, his name is Taylor swagger, I have been asking him for almost impossible outcomes for the last 10 years, this man delivers everything I asked for plus. I just had a new set of tires put on my Camaro this week and an inspection and a muffler install two pass inspection. Taylor actually brought the tires that came off my car over to my house this weekend. Where do you find people like this? This gentleman has done everything under the sun for me and then use his own personal vehicle to bring me tires that came off of my Camaro to my house. I will never forget this gesture that this gentleman did for me, he didn't want to put my old tires in my Camaro so I can bring them home myself, again use his own personal vehicle to bring them to my house. What a guy
