I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

Last month my wife & I bought a 2013 Nissan LEAF from Schaumburg Auto Group and were very satisfied with how we were treated. Although George and his son were not deeply experienced with how EVs work, they both went out of their way to help answer my questions and concerns through email before and after the test drive. This was especially true when finding out how to handle the sale’s paperwork in order for us to receive a used EV tax rebate come next year. They were extremely patient with us when we took our time to thoroughly check EV-only functionality such as charging and its battery status that none of us were intimately familiar with. The car they sold us was represented honestly online, was priced fairly and was cleanly presented. We have since really enjoyed this car and it’s lower driving range suits my wife’s short distance driving habits perfectly. Bought 2013 SLE 4cyl Terrain used and a year old in 2014. It's 2022 and it has 35,000 miles on it This little truck is like a race car. Had to replace the transmission. It blew up as I left getting it inspected. Pretty stupid that it's impossible to check Trans fluid . whos dumb idea was that? Signals come,on randomly. Tires are difficult to find 235/60/17 101.. This Little SUV is ridiculously fast for a 4 cyl 4 banger!!

Great vehicle for traveling. Plenty of room for luggage and a small dog.. Very comfortable, The only thing I don't like are the vertical AC vents. I would like to see them be able to swing wider both horizontally and vertically.Plus my used vehicle had Onstar at one time and I can't cancel it off my car so that my calls always seem to go to Onstar at least once.
