I had to have my car towed because I ran something over on the freeway on my way to work in Ontario which was 50+ miles away from home in Murrieta. I called my Service Advisor Alex Harmsen and she gave me the info for BMW Roadside. They arranged for a tow truck to bring my car to BMW of Murrieta and I followed in an uber thanks to BMW Roadside. When I got to the dealership, my amazing Service Advisor Alexandra Harmsen, had already completed the paperwork and had a loaner waiting for me when I got there! Talk about amazing customer service! 2019 GMC Terrain SLT review
My Work horse.
I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Love love LOVE
I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

I bought this vehicle used over a year ago with 99 k miles on it. Other than routine maintenance; oil changes, brakes and filters it has performed well. Very comfortable ride, roomy and comfortable interior, features and options are numerous with lane departure side and frontal spacing warnings, back up camera, sun roof and roof rack, blue tooth and more. I don't understand the negative reviews as I am pleased with this vehicle.
